It is with regret that we announce that Bob Cranton has stepped down from his position as Club Secretary with immediate effect due to ill health, a position he has held since LJFC started in October 2013.
As one of the Club's founding Directors, Bob played a very significant role in starting LJFC and helping increase football opportunities for boys and girls across the area. He has always been extremely proud of our inclusive ethos, which ensures children are not judged on their ability to play football and they are given the chance to play the game they love.
Bob will continue as the Club's Chairman until March 2022, when he turns 80 years of age, at which point he will leave also leave that position and then continue to support LJFC team's from the touchline as a spectator.
Ryan Cranton has taken over the position as Club Secretary.
On behalf of everyone associated with the Club, we'd like to say a big thank you to Bob for everything he has done over the past 8 years.
